Greek Artichoke Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:
* 10 ounces pasta of choice
* 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
and chopped
* 8 ounces feta cheese, coarsely crumbled
* 2 plum tomatoes, cored and diced
* 1/2 cup red onion, sliced
* 2 cloves garlic, sliced
* 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
* 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flake
* 3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
* Juice of 1/2 lemon
Instructions:
1. Cook pasta according to package
2. Cook red onions and garlic in olive oil over medium
heat. Set aside. (Cook until the onions become golden
in color)
3. Combine cooked pasta with all the ingredients.
4. Stir well and serve
Tips from Chef Bek:
Cooked chicken breasts or shrimp can be tossed into
this pasta dish.
