is a wonderful hot dip that goes well at any gathering. I personally
like to serve this Spinach Artichoke Dip with toasted garlic bread. Happy Cooking! Ingredients: - 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
Instructions: - Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients. Spread mixture into a small baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheeses are bubbling and melted.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips, bagel chips, toasted garlic bread. Happy Eating!
